Initiate Your Request
Log into your Udelny account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
